The Annual Summit has been a key community event for ETDA
since its inception. An intimate gathering of about 30 people, our goal is for
members and guests to achieve value in the following three areas.
Enhancement - Striving toward exemplary practices for
practitioner practice. Examples include activities that enhance skills,
knowledge or competencies through models, tools and/or processes.
Operations - Providing opportunities for building
business acumen and and best practices. Examples include speakers, peer
learning groups and coaching circles.
- ETDA Community -
Building and maintaining relationships within our Community. Examples
include networking, shared meals, hospitality activities and other fun
We are proud and honored to have Amy Edmondson as our guest speaker at the 2017 Summit! Amy C. Edmondson is the Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at the Harvard Business School, a
chair established to support the study of human interactions that lead
to the creation of successful enterprises that contribute to the
betterment of society. Edmondson, recognized in 2011, 2013 and 2015 by the biannual Thinkers50 global ranking of management thinkers, teaches and writes on leadership, teams and organizational learning. Learn more about Amy, her thinking and her books.
